With your receipt, items with original tags attached and in new, unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase, or within 30 days of a shipped item's delivery date. After 30 days or without an original receipt, we will issue an exchange or store credit at current selling price. Versona carries apparel for women in sizes XS to XXL (0 to 18).

We try to carry as much merchandise as possible, but items may sell out quickly in stores and online.

Yes! Orders can be shipped to your local Versona store for free. During checkout, select "Ship to Store" as your shipping option. Ship to Store orders are shipped with our weekly store shipments, so please allow up to 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order.

Versona gift cards can be purchased online or at any Versona store.

To guarantee your gifts are also home for the holidays, please place all orders by December 16^th. Please note ship-to-store orders placed after December 16^th will not arrive until after the New Year.

Purchases made between November 10, 2024 and December 26, 2024 may be returned through January 25, 2025.

Returns with a register receipt or e-receipt may receive a refund in the original form of payment.

Returns with a gift receipt or without a receipt will receive a gift card.

Our normal 30-day return policy will apply to all purchases made beginning December 26, 2024.
