With your receipt, items with original tags attached and in new, unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase, or within 30 days of a shipped item's delivery date. After 30 days or without an original receipt, we will issue an exchange or store credit at current selling price. We try to carry as much merchandise as possible, but items may sell out quickly in stores and online.

Yes! Orders can be shipped to your local Versona store for free. During checkout, select "Ship to Store" as your shipping option. Ship to Store orders are shipped with our weekly store shipments, so please allow up to 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order.

Versona gift cards can be purchased online or at any Versona store.
